Yep. P5 Colossus hurt his hand just grabbing her arm. Modern day Scarlet Witch is almost certainly much more powerful than classic Wanda but she doesn't seem to be above top tier these days and her performance against the Phoenix collective was more about the Chaos Power being suddenly being some kind of anti-Phoenix-force for some overly contrived reason than about her being so much more powerful than the other Avengers.

Still a good showing for Thor for the more obvious reason that he was portrayed as being extremely powerful and almost impossible for them to stop.
