I was thinking that as well. It looks like they are repeating the Avengers cartoon when they were battling the sea creatures. World Breaker I guess. Hickman did state he would like to get a-hold of Hulk in that state.

Badly wounded? He wasn't even taken off his feet. At best, momentarily stunned.

Also, she used her spear, not hand to hand combat like against Luke Cage. Based on the earlier preview, it looks like her spear is going to be hurting Hulk to some extent as well.
