No, that's a vision Brainiac showed to Superman to lure him to his side. Although a weakened Cyborg Superman oneshotted J'onn and then Kara beat the shit out of Cyborg.

Superdoom was so powerful that Brainiac with the power to reshape entire universe was unable to stop him.
