And he can't die but he does feel pain (He's actually in constant agony during this era) and is weaker than ever. Not that he did die as we see in the preview of the next issue where he's standing unharmed before Ultron.

Also, we actually see Hulk starting to regrow his head in the preview as well so that turns out to be a ridiculous healing feat actually.

It is. He even said that he just beat Metal Master which happened in Incredible Hulk v1 6.

I haven't seen the preview to next comic so can't comment on that. Mind posting the link of that preview?

Thor wasn't shown dead though, or even on the ground. What you can glean from the end of that issue is that there's probably going to be another issue in 4 weeks.
