I was bored at work.
It's a deliberate action, imo. Covers/promo art are supposed to get the attention of people. Spidey villains are the most recognizable, sans Batman bad guys.
Anyway, I'd love to see that pic in high res. It'd help with identifying some characters.

It had some retarded moments, though. Like a simple fall from high taxing Wolverine's healing factor and his speed/reflexes.
Guggenheim and Kirkman (among other writers) have already shown us that Wolverine is not bothered at all by that stuff.
