That scene of Lois trying to justify what she did, and then trying to say that what she's going through is just as bad as having a shit ton of super powered dudes trying to kill you 24/7 when you're at your weakest is....just....bad. What, does she expect him to be happy she did it? Why is she Superman's friend again?

Different clothes, different haircut, no bear - no way that's just an artist error considering a) the artist is the same as the regular Hulk book artist, and b) the artist drew Doc Green with clothes, hair and beard earlier in the very same issue.

So either way it doesn't really matter. I'm just saying it gives a decent comparison on Ultimate Characters and their level if the Hulks are about the same.

I don't know about that.
It could be any number of Hulks, seeing as they are in a world/universe where all the rules have changed and there are seemingly hundreds if not thousands of versions of several major characters running around. We've already seen at least six different Hulks show up so far on Battleworld, not including all the mutates from the Planet Hulk series.
For the record, I'm almost certain that the Ultimate characters will be shown as roughly analogous to their counterparts. But whoever this green Hulk is, I think it's pretty clear that it isn't Doc Green so we'll have to wait and see how it pans out from here.

Agree for all the mentioned reasons - theres no way Bagley goes from drawing regular DG for 2 issues and then going all Savage Hulk for no reason (could be Doc Green trying to act dumber then he is for all we know). And i would be pretty surprised if Bendis even knew about the lobotomized Hulk from Hickman's run. It really could be anyone at this point.
