I just wish he would have at least concluded the Thragg/Robot arc before rebooting the series. I was loving that.
I'm still getting the impression this whole "reboot" is just a side story. Mostly because Mark's memories are intact. If that changes THEN we're in trouble.

Every now and then, Beast displays some ridiculous science feats. He just created a wristwatch-sized device to protect people from time-travelers messing with the past (by creating a sealed, localized time-line)."Going back in time and killing a person's ancestors" just ceased to be the trump card it has always been, by courtesy of Beast. This is one of the best comic-scientific achievements by any comic char, ever.
Agreed, I got the issue today. He was also quick to diagnose what was occurring.
Harley Quinn,,,,,,Yogurt Slingers. 😆

Well, didn't take long for them to mess up Aquaman. Oh well.
Originally posted by -Pr-I almost hate to say it, but Aquaman was actually going pretty well there for while. The only other time I remember actually liking Aquaman and enjoying seeing him kick some ass was Morrison's JLA run.
oh I was speaking more generally, and that the catman thing was just another example. haven't been a fan of the direction of the character this last while.
But I agree, he just seems to be going downhill again from what I've seen lately. Not talking feats, he really does not need to be able to hang with Superman to work as a character, but just something about how they are handling him now is just going in the wrong direction. Oh well.

for a while after the reboot, he was pretty damn good. Johns leaving wasn't the turning point, but it was a contributor to his current situation imo.

The artwork for this new WW series is just beautiful:
looks like something Disney would do.
