According to Geoff Johns it is.

Geoff Johns says he thinks it is, but they need to check with Bryan Hitch

Newsarama: We have a Justice League; we have a Justice League America. What is the demarcation between the two?

[/b]Geoff Johns:[/b] Justice League America, I think, is out of continuity with just “general adventures” of the team, but you’d have to talk to Bryan more about that

Bryan Hitch the writer of JLA says it's canon.

IGN: As far as continuity goes, when does Justice League of America take place in relation to Justice League?

Hitch: It’s very much the same world, same universe, just different adventures, different stories. You don’t need to read one to understand the other. Right now they aren’t crossing over, but never say never.

Continuity only needs to mean that; it doesn’t need to mean that I have a tear in Batman’s cape the same month JL does. Our editor, Brian Cunningham, keeps us straight anyway, but continuity in the fans have come to think about can be suffocating; Brian sees that it isn’t and we’re free to tell our stories.

Oh sugar snaps!!!

Eh, contradicting views are common. Now considering Diana is sporting a costume she hasn't wore in last two years and Parasite instance contradicting Superman/Wonder Woman.

I'd take it ambiguous as of now as Johns isn't taking it as canon.

And Johns is COO of the company.

There is nothing contradicting there...john said they should check with the writer and the writer said it was canon...simple

it's not that simple. Superman was embarrassed and therefore the book should be considered non canon.

Yeah, that's what I said there.

baka

Ouch!

So, this week's books..

Justice League #47:

Spoiler:

- Diana gets another great showing, restrains Apokolips Superman with her lasso after dodging him for a while
- Apokolips Superman is said to have "additional power" flowing through his body, so that implies he was amped; in the same page it's said that he was 'recharged' so take that as you will. Also, the energy is breaking down his celular structure, killing Superman - so he's both amped and weakened.
- CSA are free. Owlman is back.
- Mobius is back in his original form (and looks like Relic)

And some confirmation:
Wonder Woman #47

Spoiler:
- Diana is stronger and faster from being the God of War

Superman Wonde Woman Annual #2:

Spoiler:
Superman is a pussy whipped little *****, that stays home and cooks while Diana gets shit done. Metaphorically and literally.

Ugh...

Sounds great, Philo. Can't wait for the scans.
