Thought for a minute you were going for a 'theme' with your scans, limbs ripped off... Could be an idea.

That would be Morlun, ripping off Pattorn Parnel's arm. That's Sara Jane (an alternate Mary Jane) running out of the house. Though this is an alternate universe since Morlun does (or did) the universe hopping thing to get new Spider totems.

The artist is Elia Bonetti by the way.

I think it is the same Universe. But they're just pushing the new name. Because doesn't Blue Marvel mention there is an 8 month gap that they don't remember (I might be wrong here) but I know some character mentioned it.
