"At the end of this, I hope Kryptonians [and Superman, probably the most overrated Kryptonian ever] will stop being thought of as untouchable by street-levelers. Bat-power or not."

This might not have been a poorly thought out post if there wasn't multiple examples to support Odin being not only untouchable by such beings, but being on a scale far beyond them in scope. Let's not even forget the fact that Mjolnir is arguably the most potent weapon this side of Skyfather weapons best capable of scaling up and damaging beings outside the wielders weight class.

Lol. I agree that Sky-Father shouldnt even be a tier, as we saw in GodButcher arc, not all gods are equal.Skyfather just means head of a pantheon. That tier should be called something else. I think Odin is definitely the epitomy of tier between say Thanos and Galactus. He should be able to casually beat the shit out of a herald with no worries like he has Thor and Zeus has hulk.

Anyway, even though not a big fan of the way things in Thor are going now Im hoping they would try to stick to the lore just a little. How do you have such an amazing God of Thunder series then go to this.

OMG

😂

This is very clearly a case of gentrification in marvel.

Do you think its any coincidence that the last hero alive in the ultimate earth was a broken thor??

Morrison saw this coming ages ago.

If only Batman wasn't amped on Venom that somehow made him able to fly and Superman immediately owned him casually.

mmm

😂

Thor just can't break a catch.

Thor has been affected by unamped street-levelers a shitload of times more than Superman has.

That is undebatable.

I don't think Whor's showing against Odin is transferable to all top tiers.

The Girl Force works differently than straight power-levels. It gives a hidden (but obvious) multiplier depending on the type of foe you are facing.

Replace Whor with Black Widow against Odin, and Natasha would do nearly as well. Odin would be bleeding from the sharp edges of a platform shoe kicking his face, as opposed to Mjolnir.

If Whor was fighting someone like Hera though, she might be phucked.

As I said the next issue will be more telling. I didn't notice she drew blood with the strike originally. That was silly

I think the worst part is that men are the ones writing these stories, for whatever reason, I'll certainly never know.

At the end of the day, those males writers,(some, not all) have no choice in the matter. Either they write the story the way they want too, or get pressure by the media and retards that believe the sex's are equal.

At the end if there being judged, most likely they'll get fired. Writing is there job, if they lose that job and get black balled by feminist for being sexist, no other companies would want to hire them. These writers have a family that depends on them, so if there not working, life gets more complicated for them.

That's one of the reasons i love my job so damn much.

And not sure why peeps around here are getting such a hard on for that She Thor scene. This been happening in comics for years. I guess "prisoner of the moment" and all that jazz.
shrug

Mjolnirless Young Thor has smacked Gorr around(a known mass murderer of skyfathers and hell lords).

Yup I agree, just cause she-Thor does it doesn't mean the feat is transferable to to other heralds. It's her feat, and her's alone, even if it's because of a stupid reason like appeasing SJWs.

I'd wait and see too. Honestly, it looked like Odin (in his arrogance) didn't expect her to attack him.

Bats was holding back, he could've punched Superman's brainless head off.

Clarkie was lucky the venom wore off or he'd be dead like the rest of kryptonians.

It's definitely her feat.

But unless you want to argue that she's much stronger than Thor/Hulk/etc.
...then it stands for a very good argument that they'd be able to replicate it 🙂

Question:

What did Brown Ms Marvel do to actually earn her spot in the Avengers?

Do you really need to ask that?

No, but in universe everyone has done something.
Thor is Thor, Blacktain America is Falcon, Vision, Iron Man and probably someone else are mainstays. Kid Nova did a lot in a couple stories.

I have absolutely no idea what Brown Ms Marvel has done though, let alone anything enough to earn her a spot in the number 1 Marvel team.

It seems like an entirely out of universe thing to me. If anyone could explain beyond "She's brown, and that's the cool thing to be now", that would help. Even with team diversity she seems like the odd man out.

Dunno how it happened but I remember Iron man was also wondering WTF the avengers were doing with little kids on their team and getting annoyed. Actually i think Falcon just kicked her out of the avengers.

Odinson-Thor being able to fight and damage the likes of Glory, Gorr, Galactus, Phoenix, and the Beyonders, is much worse than Jane-Thor being able to damage Odin. No SJW effects in play here, I would say.
