Or maybe Cain is running and his arm is behind his back? He isn't armbarring him. I think Bada's intentions were to show Spidey getting owned because he can't stop him, he even said it's like trying to stop a tank.

Its an iffy moment. Spidey kept jumping on Juggernaut's back and moving around to where Juggs couldn't get a hold of him. Eventually Juggs said screw it, if you want to stay on so bad so be it. Then Juggs started walking through buildings and eventually the spider fell off.
Also a note, this panel is a back flash of another comic. The writer of the original comic confused Juggs for a mutant, as well as put emphasis that Juggs durability was from his shield. It that same comic Spidey's webbing couldn't touch Juggs. So why didn't Juggs use his shield against him in that instance?
