It's all hearsay either way, but Steve Rogers coming back and getting his own book again is a good sign IMO. I hope he stays unworthy too, especially if he gets his own book again, fleshing out his Elder God roots would be a cool route to go. I'm not too keen on the Ultimate Thor angle, to be perfectly frank.
Regarding the ongoing, I've heard Marvel is waiting to announce it once Aaron finishes his current arc, and Thor is freed from captivity, obviously to avoid stepping on Aaron's toes and ruining his potential plot points.

Ideally for me, he keeps his Unworthy look but gets Ultimate Mjolnir, as I think that looks far better.
