1) Mark Waid, I believe. But I haven't read Original Sin at all (sans the many scans posted here), so maybe there's more to it. Four issues, a tie-in to the main event.

5) Hickman, I think? Secret Warriors. Bendis wrote a few first issues of that series... but I believe Hickman is to blame.
6) Fraction (Fear Itself). As for the Gaea incident, I have no clue. Kieron Gillen, perhaps? Just a guess. Celery should know.
