AvP2 game from 2001 to this day has *somewhat* active servers... and, most importantly, great single player campaigns that are not affected by time passing.

There's also the fact that they were world hopping causing massive destruction when landing. Plus punching someone and sending them straight through the other side of the earth in mere moments would most definitely cause disturbances don't you think?
