I dunno I mean Superman has been fighting him constantly for a while, plus like he mentioned he didn't want to fight him in an area where there were civilians and he was still up to fight. Probably would have got up again before Oz (Ozymandias's) men intervened. Diana got beaten very quickly.

Has he endured a straight up head shot like that though? The only time I've seen it was during the last of these pages and it almost koed him.

He's taken multiple shots throughout their fight and in that very fight he took Doomsday slamming his head into the ground which seems to be more powerful than a kick to the head. He has resisted tons more than Diana and was still standing after it.
