Still can't get over the fact that Thor just goes by Odinson now...So he has no identity of his own as his name truly just is "Odin's son." It's messed up.

That actually was how many last names were formed such as Leif Erikson got his last name as he was Erik the Red's son....

Odinson is fine and ties in to real Norse history of names

Yeah but what can you say? Thor himself said he will no longer call himself Thor and that femThor should from that moment call herself Thor. In canon(not that I think its a good story choice) its entirely his decision.
