Wow, that's retarded. I've always considered Superman/Batman to be non-canon, I believe there is some evidence to back that up, but this is an example of why

Batman is going a bit power mad with Supes powers. He's stopped all crime in Gotham, now I guess he's extending his influence. My only problem with this is, doesn't Superman already have the same exact zeal for justice?

batman has the power and the knowhow to take them down, just like hulk. the only difference is the reseption.

Batman got supes abilities. It not so hard to understand that and plus he well known for fighting with skill and ruthless aggressive compare to supes.

Obviously it comes down to the circumstances. The Air debacle helped here with Bats, but never the less the stuff that was done was in keeping with a lot of factors, primary of which was his team mates holding back.
