Batman has always been High-Herald level, DC is just making him more cosistently at that level.
His durability has consistently taken blows from an enraged god war of wonder woman, superman, and Darkseid. His speed has has been on the level of superman, wonder woman, flash, and darkseid for a while.
This feat should solidify that current Batman is far above the high end meta tier, he is undoubtedly in the Herald tier at minimum.
