I assure you that none of those give a shit about Odinson. It reminds me of fans of other characters prefering Superman to be shit because "now they like him". Or fans of Batman preferring him to be shat upon [like Batwoman/Batgirl fans], so that he is more "relatable".
I hope they go full-on in that direction, to the point where their sales tank completely and they only write for the 1000 loud minority, and nobody gives a shit anymore.
