Based on? Not doubting your honesty i just havent seen it. Especially since characters who possessed the PF all had varying degrees of power.

Thane has got the full PF , the synopsis at the begging of the comic states several times he has the PF not a fraction of it. The writer went out of his way to say Thanos wasn’t at full power so he wouldn’t hesitate to state what lvl of power Thane was at.

Read the comic. Nowhere does it say the pf is solely thanes. And Thanos ongoing is in current continuity along with Jane Thors. Plus the phoenix has a history of splitting up herself into different objects/avatars
