The only thing that's clear with these scans is that the "marvel powerhouses" are nowhere close to Superman in physical power. Nowadays, the comparison is absurd.

I'm just guessing, but can't he absorb and redirect the kinetic energy a little thanks to that Ikon suit? Like Shaw or Strong Guy?

Yes, his suit is able to take punishment from guys like Darkseid, according to Christopher Priest. Ikon suit is NO joke.
