The best character ownage was in Terminator Salvation.

After an intense brawl, the T-800 punches this dude (I'm not saying who it was) in his ****ing chest, which stopped his heartbeat, and the T-800's microprocessor reads, "terminated".

Arnold punched a guy in the chest and ripped his heart out in T1...

The scene you're talking about really wasn't as intense as the scene I was referring to, I could give you a few good scenes where Salvation had better pownage than Terminator 1.
