That scan literally says fastest isn't about who can make it around the world first. So if there was a race, the Silver Surfer would lap Quicksilver, but he's not faster because he doesn't live speed? Okay I guess, but in my books, that would make the Surfer faster.
Quicksilver would be more likely to read every book in a library sure, but Surfer has scanned an entirely planet in moments so....
Also, including Spectrum in that bit is a poor choice. She cannot only move at light speed, she can stop, think, react and strategize at that speed. She has true light speed perception. Best combat reflexes in Marvel.

Nice sentiment, but it's critiquing focusing on the math....I'll take a jet over a car any day personally. Just give him a damn FTL upgrade like DC would, and move on.
