From what I have seen recently they seem to put guys like Tiger Shark and the like in for the express purpose of getting beat up power levels dont seem to matter anymore.

Yeah i mean isnt tiger shark class 100? how the hell does he get so easily beaten by Norman? And i thought his durability was alot better than that, i cant see how he'd get pierced by one of bullseyes' arrows
