Hulk looked good, wasn’t a terrible showing. As mentioned he was the aggressor for most of the fight and landed more blows. Often made Sasquatch bleed. But daddy banner was fine with that and was more trying to mentally mess with him. Was very impressed by Sasquatch damage soak

But next issue hulk is going to beat Alpha Flight and the Avengers 👆

Biggest issue i have is it seemed forced. Wham bam no more Walter. Now i have a lingering feeling Daddy Banner is gonna control Hulk in the future and that's not how the initial comics where set up. Seems like a waste

I thought he was powered up. He even says so, along the lines of 'he never knew how to access his full power' type lines.

I still have a hard time seeing sasquatch as an elite strongman though.

I could believe Hulk being able to bench press jupiter. I don't even believe sasquatch could bench Mt. Everest.

But I’m surprised how well sasquatch did to be honest. He was always an elite strongman though and powered by an Elder God so really could easily be written regularly at these levels. But here they removed tanaraq so no external amp he typically gets. But Ewing clearly had a high opinion of Walter in this story
