This book was legit fantastic. 👆

Is this part of dark metal?

Nah. DM is over, but Snyder loves his creation so he's sticking around.

Great art.

I hope the next panel is Cap shouting "STAND DOWN, SOLDIER!", and shielding Hulk in the head.

And then Hulk isn't seem for the rest of the crossover.

It's his own book.

There's no logical way they defeat Henshaw while still keeping it purely Green Lantern. It's going to take PIS of the highest order or outside sources to win.

We've already seen Thor walking away hurt.

Heh, that shield.

So am assuming the vibranium in it absorbs energy, which is why Cap doesn't break his arms/legs when something smashes into it?

Is that like 3 times this year that Thor will have been bested by a Hulk?

You needed seven years to figure that out? 😛

Yeah, basically. Vibranium absorbs, adamantium (or proto-adamantium/unknown shit depending on the writer) guarantees it doesn't break. Awesome mix. What uru contributes to it, we don't really know. It was used to fix the shield after FI.

Anyway, it's worth noting how normal humans don't have it as easy as Cap when using the shield. There was that unfortunate housewife who still died after successfully blocking Thunderball's strike, for example.

He's even been sexually assaulted by one.

Are you sure? Im reading Brimstone and it's an ongoing and some of the elements derive from DKM

Lol. But yeah, I was then leading to,how much of the energy does it absorb?

It can't be 100%, for the instance you mentioned plus all the time Cap is shown straining. So 90%? Even absorbing that much of an enraged Hulk is a pretty good feat.

Like Stilt said, it absorbs energy because of the vibranium/X-metal composite.

I'm only replying to show this:

Gets right back up, but it knocks him off his feet. Like I said, the Iron Fist is magic. 🙂

Not impressed anymore. 🙁

I've lost all of my love for debating on this site. No matter what Hulk does, he will still be classified on KMC as a meta or low Herald. I'll just keep reading the books. Thanks for the scans though.

Plus Steve said that his energy shield was better at the absorbing thing, IIRC. So yeah, can't be 100%.

It is, but I guess you could justify it by Banner secretly controlling Hulk's rage and calculating the exact force needed for each strike, so nobody would be harmed 😂 #thepakequation
