Mercer is a badass. I think the inevitable power-play for the Commonwealth will definitely involve him... I want to see Mercer vs. Jesus, tbh.
There's also the Whisperers to consider. Alpha and Beta were killed, but the group itself wasn't properly beaten/dismantled. They're still out there and have likely chosen a new Alpha/Beta -- and their numbers would still be massive. Don't know if they'll return, but they definitely could.
