People in RL have taken worse injuries than Bullseye gets and lived...

Hell, Bullseye has had far worse injuries and been fine, often due to the advanced medical stuff available in the MU. I mean, they fixed him in Thunderbolts with medical procedures...

meh...he's been impaled by elektra and deadpool recently...i smell a healing factor

This is the second time he gets impaled by Deadpool. Once by Elektra. Also I think someone recently broke his neck?
