Looks like Surfer gets attacked by Hulk and Namor fights some Infinity Wars monster.
Though it looks like Ewing is on a bigger rampage than Pak was in an effort to prove Hulk would stomp everyone who ever threatened him. All we can do is put our hands together and pray that Surfer does vastly better than Thor.
They probably end up teaming up against the monster in all likely hood. Dr Strange must be somewhere too.
These last few weeks have been like rapid fire title belt fights.
I expect a final issue where Sentry, Hulk and Namor are put in the ring, only for Gladiator to come flying with an adamantium chair in the winner's face.

Yeah. Looks like Surfer is fetal blocking the panel before. So...
What I'm really worried about however is Ewing's rampage extends to Namor. I don't think Ewing is going to let that upgrade stand, and he's going to want to knock that down. Hulk will probably kick the shit out of him if they face off, and it will be a sad day for us all. Hope not though.

Surfer seemed to have already recovered three panels later and his skull looks in tact and undented.
He has already done better.
