Not a hard definite list. On their good days, the heralds can go up a tier, on their bad days, the trans can go down a tier etc, just like in comics. I also rate things like agreeability - it's easier to convince in a debate when not being a dick. Breadth of knowledge is another metric. Bran just makes me laugh.
Bear in mind, there are a lot of people I haven't seen as much of (poss due to inactivity). You, for example. KM. Bada. Astner (I think he's good, but haven't seen a lot bar some Lucifer threads). Deathslash can possibly be herald (if we keep using the analogy lol). Prof has been quiet of late

I respect that list although I've never seen OAS debate...mungi is also good as is assnerd. I don't post as much because i can tell by the thread title who is gonna say what even before entering. I actually think Carver is decent when he's not cheerleading...not good but decent.
