I take it you're psyched for Supes to lose right? lol. That is likely what's going to happen here. For some reason both Supes and Thor have been on a losing streak when it comes to fighting villians. Though Thor has it worse than Supes currently. Seems like DC and Marvel like to do the whole "look how tough this guy is! He just beat up Supes/Thor!!!!111". You know, whole Worf effect thing. The thing is, when the character you are worf effecting gets worf effected so much, them losing is no longer surprising. It becomes the norm, and it no longer really has the desired effect. Instead of saying! "Holy shit, that guy just stomped Thor!" we think "That guy stomped Thor...so what? Who hasn't lately?" That's hardly much of a measuring stick. It seems so simple. Give them more wins so when they lose it still has impact. I guess that is just too much to ask of writers nowadays though. Hulk seems oddly immune from that treatment however. Just like many female characters, but I'm not going to get into that can of worms.
Oh, it's not going to be a total stomp. Supes will get some hits in, but he will either go down or be on the verge of going down before Damage times out. In fact, damaging being on the cusp of winning and then timing out is by far the most likely scenario here. It's just the sort of predictable unimaginative thing a writer would do today while thinking they are being clever. Yes, I think a lot of writing in comics is shit nowadays, especially from DC and Marvel. Good stories are hard to find.

Actually I've just been waiting to see them fight 😂

Well, Damage is on a whole nother level. His strength and energy is limitless.

At best, Damage will get a "Wonder Woman might've been right" lip service, or a vague line on how he might be stronger.Bran is right that Superman 100% won't be losing the fight.
I'd be shocked if he gets reverse Sun-God'd.
I would be all for Superman just annihilating him though, but I think them posting that time at the end is foreshadowing to him lasting till the end.
