I've warmed up to him, too. I got that awful 'Morrison, but on a budget' vibe for a while, but at a certain point I accepted it.

I mean, other than Morrison and Hickman, he's probably the best right now of what I'm reading.

I don't care about X-Men and don't know much about X-Men continuity, but I might read up on the current X run once they build up the story

Secret Wars 2015 was one of the best, there was a lot of profound dialogue and I love the dystopia vibe he created

Morrison's new GL book is....well kinda over my head, it's gotten pretty weird. It has this 80s crazy scifi feel, mix with high concepts, like those crazy nerdy stories in Heavy Metal megazine.

Metal would've been one of my all time favorite, if only Snyder could've sticked to landing....JL so far has been pretty good,

You people make me sick. Even Carver doesn't jump on the latest black slang that fast.

Am I the only one who thinks Scott Snyder is amazing?
I like him fine. His run on Justice League has been mostly pretty good (and Jarro is my waifu), Batman Who Laughs was good, I quite like Batman: Last Knight on Earth, though I didn't like Dark Nights Metal too much.

I find it funny you would mentioned Heavy Metal magazine, when Morrison was at one time the Editor in chief of said magazine.

All this "I like Snyder" speech makes me thing you guys lowered your standards to "drinking diet pepsi" levels

Snyder can have good ideas. He can just have abysmal ones too, but that's largely true of any writer. He just veers too much between good ideas/character work and bad for my taste. It's disappointing when you start off what looks like it's going to be a really good story, only to kind of have it fall apart halfway through.

Or the end just sucks.

I personally think Snyder is fine, He may not be Morrison. But still his stories are enjoyable
He has good ideas, Though he can't handle them very well, Sometimes even disappointing, But at least I'm enjoying most parts of his stories

Also posting this here, because I thought it was pretty damn cool...

Quan’s dicks gonna be so sore after he sees these scans.

Ngl, that issue honestly made me appreciate Snoke a lot more as a character.

Snoke had a lot of potential, it’s just a shame Rian chose to destroy him instead.

So in essence a GL ring when absolutely destroyed and depowered absorbed some of omega force and brought Jessica back from dead?

Haha, GL ring is ultimate plot device.

it's so stupid that words fail to even convey how retarded it is. I get that GL to rings can absorb energy, but the Omega Effect? Have they downgraded Darkseid's untimate attack to nothing less than heat vision? I'm also not happy at all about Jessica coming back to life only one issue later. They couldn't even wait a single year before ressurecting her?

What? How is that downgrading omega force when it can bring back the dead?

I think he's saying that the Green Lantern ring shouldn't have been able to absorb the Omega Effect and utilize it for its own purposes.

Why not? GL rings are ultimate plot device. It can do anything.

I don't really have a problem with the magic wishing ring absorbing some of the Omega Effect to resurrect Cruz myself, that's just how I took his comment.

Shouldn’t the Omega Effect wipe her out?
