It is "Old Man logan: Giant-Size special"
Short summary: Logan kills members of Hulk gang, one by one.
Gets to the daddy banner place himself.
Senile and super-strong Banner tries to beat him with the cow, and, when Woolverine kills the cow, transforms ionto Hulk and eats him.
After some time, Logan regenerates in his belly and bursts free, apparently killing him.
Then he takes down last adult member of the Hulk gang, and rides into sunset or something with baby-Hulk in his backpack.
