Pak pretty much pretended a Hulk underground with multiple persona's ala Crazy Jane never existed, the moment he had Banner admit the Hulk and Banner personalities aren't separate people.

Banner and Hulk are NOT one and the same. Hulk's personality is as distinct from Banner, as Crazy Jane's is from Hammerhead.

Except under Pak.
