I kinda like that Red Skull design, not saying it should replace the original but it looks good.

Prowler is green belt, which can be either superior or inferior to brown, depending on the art.

Marvel loves to be vague about that, same with DC.

Punisher probably knows the most martial arts, each actually specified and shown on panel.
