Oh I will. And I'll monetize it too. What a pointless event Banner of War was.
So there's that.

Thor has been holding back confirmed. Plus he was weakened by gamma cancer. Thor is the best character ever. Superman is outclasses. Give it up Thor haters.
Should Thor ever get amped by a gamma-irradiated rage again, I guess he would tear off Hulk-Thor's arm in a fight again.
Don't get me wrong, I enjoyed Banner of War... but there wasn't really anything revelatory about it? If I had criticism, I kinda felt Beta Ray Bill's monologue was unnecessarily pandering to the audience about Thor's restraint.
Best part of the fight was the beginning when you didn't have Odin's phantom or Stark interfering or amps being swapped. But I don't blame Cates. If you've read Marvel comics for any extended period of time, you just can't risk a definitive answer: who wins?
It'd strip the fun out of it.
I'm really just goofing around. I honestly thought it was shit. I didn't like how it started, as you said, it really wasn't relevant to anything and it was kind of a jumbled mess.
My favorite part was Hulk ripping Mjolnir through his chest.
A complete waste of a worthy Hulk imo. I'm gonna reread it once more time but can't say I cared for it.
The GodButcher by Aaron's is probably my favorite Thor comic.

Same. That was very clever.
Probably the one and only time Hulk could ever wield Mjolnir in continuity. Since Mjolnir is basically being controlled by Odin's phantom instead of Thor. So a while from now, it'll probably be considered that rare chance to ever see such a situation that didn't involve an alternate reality or Mjolnir knock-off like in Fear Itself.
You'll not find many KMC posters who will argue against that.

Agreed, the whole event was completely pointless. The entire thing was marketed as a fight between Thor and Hulk with a definitive winner, which didn’t even happen.
Hmm, looks like PKJ started seeding clues for his Metallo upgrade.

"There's a really scary, complex, interesting version of him I've been wanting to show readers for a long time. His origins, his motivations, and his power set are all overdue for a deep-dive refresh, and we're ready to give readers a Metallo worthy of Superman. Stay tuned for the strongest and scariest Metallo you've ever seen."
