not sure but i think that was the same time when the hulk's powers were messed up, sometime around that deadpool fought him and the hulk said his healing factor was gone and his overall power was far weaker at that time.
hulk got impaled by a broken sign post and the wound was still there for the rest of the issue.

That must have been the post-Onslaught period when Hulk and Banner were separated. Hulk's personality was the Merged/Prof persona minus Banner-a combo of Savage and Grey Hulks personalities only. With no Banner inside him, Hulk's powers fluctuated and his durability was crap.
