But Sentry always seemed to be a Genie in a bottle he always had --

Matter Manipulation = making the tower above Avengers Tower.
Telepathy = making the people of the earth forget him.
Reality Distortion = Created three (arguably four) versions of himself simultaneously.

He was always beyond Superman! And he has only just gotten started.

^ I preferred it when they hinted that ALL of his powers were telepathy-based, not this "I control the Molecules of my world" nonsense.

Wouldn`t be so sure of that, Cyke has some impressive durability feats under his belt. His face has broke concrete walls more than once without a mark to show for it. Sometimes I wonder what the #¤#¤%¤" he is made of 😂

Because it completely detracts from the theme of psychosomatica that made Sentry an almost interesting character. Having him being some sort of Phoenix type entity that manifests its power as a flying brick is more interesting than some Molecular manipulation crap.

But he does manifest his seemingly limitless powers as a flying brick, at least for a large majority of the time.

That only changed very recently, probably in preparation for his final act.
