IMO lightning or energy blasts is not that different since both are magic in nature for Thor

I know, but other people - writers and artists - seem to forget that Thor can use conventional energy blasts in addition to lightning. Romita has drawn Thor before and usually depicts him doing all kinds of stuff aside from just basic lightning/storm summoning.
