According to the Morlun vs. Wolverine thread this is secondary adamantium cause it's not stated that it's primary.
specifically concussion based one plus i am working on getting an old 1983 scan of Wolverine explaining the shock absorption of his adamantium skull and protecting his brain to solidify future arguments.
