Power levels? Do you really think that mattered? All Loeb wanted was cheap gimmicks in a pitiful attempt to conceal the lack of story telling and plot.
The first few arcs were just shock value idiocy. The opening pages had shit like "Can your hero beat Thor? Can your hero punch out the Watcher? I DON'T think so!" etc.
By the way, Rulk beat the shit out of Hulk too in the beginning. Broke his arm and choked him the hell out.
Every time I think about the fact that there was a 50/50 chance of Loeb getting the Thor reboot, I get scared.
i cant believe that was the same watcher who witness the the fight between the astral cosmic beings in full out war with thanos and wasnt bother by the shock wave which destroyed everything in it's path, planets, stars and even earth at the far reaches of space billions and billions of light years from the actual battle which even then dislodged the planet.

He beat the sh** out of "savage hulk"... when he fought wwh/banner hulk, he got stomped.

He fought and killed a merged Banner Hulk too I believe. With a trident.
Their last fight was basically one big apology to Hulk fans. His absorbing powers which should have been an auto win didn't work for some weird reason and he was taken out by a thunder clap.

Who has physically came at the watcher like rulk did? Its all well and dandy that he survived a universal attack but has he ever been physically threatened? Has he ever dealt with blunt force trama, especially from someone on rulks level of strength, someone that choked the surfer out, stomped OF thor, one shotted the collector, etc, etc?

I thought his absorbing power worked during that fight? He lost that ability AFTER that fight. That is how he created that big explosion with that punch he hit hulk with because he absorbed hulks power.

the shockwave wasnt just energy it physically pulverized objects, the energy was tearing and warping reality he simply watched.
he also has taken hits from the thing and ignored as if he were a flee.

It worked but it had absolutely no fatigue affect on the Hulk which was just retarded. And the Hulk just shrugging off his punch was also stupid. Fight made zero sense. Especially based on how Skaar fared against the Hulk previously.
Nah, it was a merged Banner Hulk. He had all of the Hulk's strength plus Banner's intellect IIRC.
