How when he was looking right at her, ready to attack? He just couldn't see her movements to react fast enough to dodge that attack.

A mind controlled Kal seeing illusions isn't exactly at his best. I agree it's a great showing for Diana.

The only thing that was different about that Supes was his rage... he still had all of his powers. That was the main reason he dodged Wonder Womans lasso so easily. He seen attacks, that attack was just too fast to dodge.

We don't know how Kal saw Maxwell when Diana had him tied, an enraged Superman is not in his right mind to fight at his best either. All in all you cannot take just one feat to say Kal has no better reflexes, he's reacton faster than that before, it could be just PIS.

Good point.

This has been addressed in other threads:

The writer himself stated:

“No, she never hits the same emotional level Kal is at in the fight, which is what helps to save her – Superman’s coming at her half out of his mind. He’s not fighting smart. She has to be smart all the way through it, and she’s Diana, so it’s very hard to make her loose her composure – which can be taken as something that’s good for Max…or bad.”

Superman's sensory powers aren't automatic; he has to actually focus for them to work at their best. He was at a disadvantage during that fight, and what you're talking about in no way proves that Diana is faster than Superman. You could argue using other evidence that she is, sure, but it's not definitive, and Sacrifice is one of the worst examples you could use. Seriously.

Edit...Crap wrong thread.

What Superman saw was Doomsday standing feet away IIRC and moments later, his throat was suddenly slashed.

Hardly evidence of superior reflexes. In terms of raw speed, Superman outclasses Diana like he does in all physical stats.

I agree, I just always considered Diana reflexes to be on another level than any other Herald minus flash. Her travel speed isn't that impressive though but I think her combat speed is pretty much unmatched.

So what did he see when diana pulled out that piece of kryptonite which lead to him slapping it out of her hand?

What did he see when diana tossed her rope at him to to him up and he dodged it?

He saw the Tiara... he just couldn't react fast enough but PR made a good point so let's leave it be.

Just because you can dodge a punch, doesn't mean you are going to be able to dodge it 100% of the time.

Same thing here.

You'd have to provide proof though. 😛

Doomsday doesn't wear a tiara, and even if Superman was mad (which he was) and fighting Lord's control (which he was), he still would have found it strange.

It doesn't matter because I agreed with you a long time ago.

Damn right you did. sneer

I'll be remembering this, btw.
