This was probably written by a 13 year old who isnt particularly well read. Fact is Mjolnir has greater control over magnetism than Magneto. That magneto was seen forcing mjolnir away using magnetism is a great example of PIS, just like Thor being made to suffocate to death when, in fact, he does not need to breathe air.

When Thor says he will unleash Mjolnir's "unfettered might" it just means that he will use Mjolnir to attack without holding back. It's just a way of speaking and does not refer to a specific attack like you would see in pokemon or yu-gi-oh. The term "unfettered might" could be used when he is using Mjolnir to summon lightning, shoot anti-force, or even if he is just throwing it .... or using any of the other million and a half attacking options he has with Mjolnir.

When people say "unfettered might" I think they're referring to The Surtur Saga, when Thor spun Mjolnor with a charg so fast it burned his finger and stated it was akin to a thousand suns -- something he beleived that even Surtur would not survive. Surtur, however, blocked it with the Twilight Sword.
