Of course Thor > Carnage.

But I think, without Mjolnir, Carnage can and will give Thor a surprise or two. He's very durable, absolutely ruthless and a lot stronger than you would think.

Thor of course wins, but Carnage is pretty tough.

nah I wouldnt soil my HD with that shit. ultimatum was and incredible turd of an arc. when the ultimateverse first came out I loved it, but they had to ultimate a new character every week and keep dumping dumb retcon upon dumb retcon, wrecking the few character versions that worked until that garbage could go nowhere. Im glad it got terminated, but the sendoff could have been an actual comic, instead of that torture porn garbage

I agree Ultimate universe was awesome on the beginning.
