Creel's been typically shown to be legitimately in love and faithful to Titania, and while a dumbass criminal, the act of raping someone seems OOC to me for him from a vast majority of what I've read of him, much less threatening to rape a dead body.

1st time he did it he didn't have his powers yet, second time he got his powers but it's unknown if he had met Titania yet, and the raping a dead body was more a comment just to get under his sons skin

I suppose that makes sense. Creel's always been a dumb brute, but I never got the impression he was that evil.

Yeah he was portrayed as very evil in that issue, it did seem off

I'll stick with the caracterization they gave him in the Dark Reign Lethal Legion mini.
