Since getting his powers back, Rulk has been on a winning spree. He is back to his old ways again. To bad Hulk will stop him.

Dunno about that. Imo classic Rulk would've raped the Hood no matter what gems he had. Hell, Spider-girl recently put up a fight against him..

Twas more a "Hulked Out Thor". Same process used to create Rulk used on Thor and others IIRC. Gamma and cosmic energy.

I actually thought that was a pretty cool design. The others were pretty bad though.
