He was? I was under the impression that Ock was being a douche to younger drunk Stark. But yes, im also glad it ended that way. Ock is finally recognised as a real vilain. Not only by Spider-man but by marvel earth. Norman had his shot and got humiliated throughout the board. Mybe he would've done better if Goblin didnt ruin it for him.

It was contradicted, because in a Siege X-Men, the Goblin was working along side Norman.
Most of the time Osborn and Goblin are shown to be one and the same. But these days (probably movie influence) Goblin is his second identity. Norman said that he really wanted to build a better world but Goblin ruined everything for him in the end. Maybe in siege x-men Goblin was just playing along. Or different takes of different writers...

I wasn't talking about the flashback, just what he said in that scan. About him sticking to fighting a pussy like Spiderman, etc. That was too harsh. And the part about the tech. "Those octobots were originally designed by me blah blah blah". What a douche.

I think its different writers, but my reading of it (from thunderbolts at least) is that the goblin "persona" is just the way he identifies himself when he isn't on anti-psychotics
I should re-read siege I guess, if they are making it like a full on split personality...
