Even you can not deny Spider-Man is doing great. His martial skills are finally being developed, he's being recognized as a Big Brain and is part of both FF and the Avengers.

Oh and he will be part of the Mighty.

He's leaving Avengers actually (at least New ones) and apparently even a c-lister like Valkyrie will be a part of the mighty, so...?
