Stop making excuses. Superman fought equus and then after that fight, fought Zod and still won. Fighting two opponents, especially if one of them didnt even land a lick should not have had any affect on Thor that much, especially if he is considered a high herald.

Im not referring to Ben. Hulk hit Thor and Thor POUNDED on Hulk and still passed out in a clash against the Hulk.

You knew better Stilt. You were one of the main ones bringing up that fight without even knowing the ending results. The thing that makes it look even worse for the people that brought it up as some kind of down fall for Hulk was Thor outright admitting he could never beat the Hulk.

Given how many times Thor and Hulk have gone at it in the past, it seems WAY out of character for him to admit that he just can't beat Banner straight up, but whatevs I guess.

Unless this issue is out of continuity, which is not, Thor takes 10/10 against Hulk, using BFR, from now on.

Thing being there forced Thor to throw his hammer, lose his range, and get hit two times by amped Hulk wielding the Serpent hammer.

Hulk must be kind of weaksauce, to not get a decisive advantage with two free hammershots like that. Lawlz.

Not only that, but Thor wrecked his shit up for a while there, right after he killed Ben.

BTW I agree with Harbinger. Given how many times they have fought, with Thor winning and/or stalemating Hulk, it seems out of character for him to flat out say something like. Perhaps he was a bit overwhelmed by the situation and realized he couldn't put amped Hulk down. None the less he still said it, so yeah.

On panel proof is a b****. Thor admits he is beneath Hulk and I only remember one win from Thor which was in the stone age times where Savage has crushed Thor recently with his own hammer and then it was stated twice that Thor doesnt stand a chance against WWH and Thor himself admitting that he never stood a chance against Hulk.

It cant get any clearer than that.

I think Thor meant what he said. I could never beat you. I wouldn't try and read too much into it. Matt Fractions writing is very simple. I laughed at the overuse of the word children by the Serpent.

Juggernaut is the most impressive worthy so far IMO.

I really have no issues with how the fight went down - aside from Thor almost murdering Ben, that is. Phil's right, btw. Thor, who had been previously humilated by Odin, BFRed to Earth, attacked by the Serpent, and then took on an amped Thing and Hulk and came away looking impressive. His admission of his inability beating the Hulk I can live with considering that most of the time, Thor just slugs it out with Banner and doesn't rely on his powers. And in a slug fight without extra powers coming into play is right up Hulk's alley.

Using his powers, Thor's beyond the Hulk's ability to stop him, which is what the comic showed us.
