what are his weaknesses snice he has a healing factor , precog whats going to stop him if he can see it coming and if it does hit him he will just heall it

Self-esteem, misjudgment of responsibilities and power control, and angst ridden mind.

He has little self-confidence, he feels responsible for everything, and he has too much of a caring heart for the business he's in.

If Peter were smart, he'd realize that he has gifts beyond a normal human, so he should have confidence in them, and he shouldn't hold back against his villains, and should just kick the living hell out of them. But then of course we wouldn't have a continuing series.

actually we'd just see Spiderman permanently moved to MAX, and he'd have brand new villains showing up every 4 months...
